For over ten years, Kaka'ako Market and Catering has been a cornerstone of Honolulu's food scene. Founded by Hale with a simple belief — that great food starts with fresh ingredients, honest preparation, and the spirit of aloha.
Today, that aloha shows up three ways. On Friday evenings, Hale hosts intimate wine tasting dinners built around fresh island seafood. Throughout the week she caters private gatherings and parties — birthdays, showers, and celebrations big and small. And by day, the kitchen and storefront open their doors to talented chefs running their own pop-ups — a platform for Honolulu's next generation of food talent.
